I am an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in Migration Law. I hold a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Nairobi, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the same university. I am currently a Stipendium Hungaricum Scholar at the Géza Marton Doctoral School of Legal Studies, University of Debrecen, Hungary.
I have previously served in various capacities at the State Department of Immigration, which is one of the specialized offices in the management of asylum applications in Kenya at the time. I continue to undertake scholarly publications and training in the area of International Migration and Refugee Law. I am also also involved in an ongoing COST Action programme on “Intergovernmental Coordination from Local to European Governance,” as a COST expert Working Group member on Horizontal Coordination.
