Introduction:

I am a Senior Lecturer and Department Chair in the Department of English Linguistics. My main research areas lie in lexical semantics, argument structure, and the syntax and semantics of event structure. Although I focus on Hungarian in my research, I am also interested in cross-linguistic aspects of various event structural and argument structural phenomena. My work has appeared in journals such as Glossa: a Journal of General Linguistics, Acta Linguistica Academica, the Journal of Linguistics and Magyar Nyelv. I have also recently written a chapter in Általános Nyelvészeti Tanulmányok 35.
