Ayaz Shaikh, DOSZ Ambassador for India and a researcher at the University of Debrecen, he is completing his PhD on developing specialized bee products and feed technology using green walnut. As a young scientist he participated at the World Food Forum, FAO, Rome, Italy. He is dedicated to advancing sustainable agriculture and resilient food systems. Beyond research, he is an active member of the Social Gastronomy Movement, Thought For Food, and a mentor with Stipendium Hungaricum. He is also passionate about speaking on topics like sustainable agriculture and the circular economy, fostering impactful discussions to address global challenges.
