Bemutatkozás:

2009-ben indul az Élelmiszertudományi Intézet és a Debreceni Egyetem Farmakológiai Intézettel közösen akkreditált Táplálkozástudományi mesterszak, mely képzés célja olyan táplálkozástudományi mérnökök képzése, akik anatómiai, élettani, kémiai, mikrobiológiai és analitikai ismereteiket élelmiszertechnológiai és -feldolgozási ismereteikkel kiegészítve táplálkozástudománnyal kapcsolatos feladatokat magas színvonalon tudnak ellátni, részt venni a táplálkozási tanácsadásban, új élelmiszerek fejlesztésében, valamint klinikai diéták összeállításában. Talán ez az a szak, amellyel az agrárképzés rendszere a teljes élővilágot felöleli, hiszen a növényi és állati alapanyagokból előállított élelmiszerek élettani hatását, hasznosulását, humán egészségügyi és dietetikai aspektusait egyaránt elemzi.
